Terms of Sale and License

1. Seller
KitQuarry is operated by TODO(legal): seller legal name, Israel, Israel. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, invoicing and sales tax/VAT.
2. License
When you buy a kit you get a non-exclusive, perpetual license for one person (or one team seat; TODO(legal): decide team pricing) to use and modify the kit files in unlimited personal, commercial and client projects. You may not resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute the kit files, alone or as part of another template, kit or rules collection.
3. Starter code
Code you build on top of a starter project is yours. Third-party dependencies keep their own licenses.
4. Updates
Your purchase includes v1.x updates for the kit you bought. We are not obliged to provide future major versions.
5. No warranty
Kits are provided "as is". AI tools may ignore rules, and you are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing your own code. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with courts in [TODO(legal): city]. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights where you live.
